Return & Exchange Policy
Manito-USA.com is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 30-Day Exchange Policy for defective products and 30-Day Return Policy for a refund. Customers must request an RMA number to process the return & exchange procedure. Please use the Product Returns page to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instruction to our returns department. Returns withour RMA number will not be accepted and returned back to the customer. Below are our guidelines for all returns & exchanges:
- Manito-USA.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another online or offline retailer will not be accepted.
- All merchandise in new/unused condition in the undamaged original packaging returned within 30 days since the receipt of the product with a valid RMA will be refunded in full amount including shipping and handling charges. (Shipping and handling charges for Canadian orders are not refundable)
- All returns for refund or exchange must be postmarked within 30 days upon received date of the order. Any returned packages postmarked beyond 30 days return period will be refused and returned back to the customer or may be refunded after up to 50% restocking fee.
- Manufacturing defects or incorrect merchandise will be refunded in full amount including shipping and handling charges or exchanged for the same item at no additional cost. (pre-paid postage will be sent to the customer for the return of incorrect merchandise received)
- Shipping fees are not refundable for orders placed by buyer's mistake and orders returned due to undeliverable, incorrect address, unclaimed or refused. If the item was sold as "Free Shipping", actual shipping cost we paid to ship to the customer will be deducted.
- Returned products sold as "Free Shipping" will be given partial refund after deducting the actual shipping cost we paid to ship to the customer. (See partial refund)
- Damaged products due to misuse does not qualify for refund or exchange.
- Some merchandise mentioned as "Final Sale" or "Return for Exchange Only" is not returnable for refund.
- All returns for refund or exchange must be returned in new/unused condition in its undamaged original packaging (not ripped open). When item is is not in new/unused condition and returned within 30 days return window, customer will receive a partial refund after 20% restocking fee and the shipping cost will not be refunded. Actual shipping cost, may be applied and deducted if its greater than the shipping cost charged in the original order.
- Up to 50% restocking fee will be applied if the return product shows signs of use, not in new/original condition that it was sold and/or returned after the 30 days return window. The shipping cost will not be refunded and actual shipping cost, may be applied and deducted if its greater than the shipping cost charged in the original order.
- All returns for refund sold as "Free Shipping" will be given partial refund after deducting the actual shipping cost we paid to ship to the customer.
All returns must be sent to Manito-USA.com via a traceable carrier at customer's own expense. We are not responsible for lost packages. Damages due to shipping may factor into restocking fee. Customer must package item appropriately.
In your return, please include the RMA document or number issued from us. Returns without RMA document or number will not be accepted and returned back to the customer.
All credits will be refunded in the same form of your original payment method. Once we receive the returned merchandise, it usually takes about 24 to 48 hours to process your request. (inspection of the returned items and issue of proper refund or exchange)
